What makes my radio straps different

What makes my radio strap different from other radio straps on the market is the unique adjustment system I use. While almost every other maker uses a belt buckle system, I use a solid brass Sam Browne button stud. This makes for a much cleaner looking system and most importantly much more secure. Look around your station and see how many radio straps are wrapped with electrical tape.

This is because there is an inherent flaw in the buckle system. While very secure under the tension of the radio pulling down while standing, as soon as you sit down in the apparatus, slack is created and the buckle can come undone. I 'm sure every knows someone who has had their strap come apart at the worst time. With the button stud system this cannot happen. The button stud is a very old closure system seeing use on military equipment starting in the 1800's.

Another thing that makes my products unique is the attention to detail. Solid brass hardware, hand set copper rivets, not hollow 2 piece rivets, and edge bordering with simulated stitching are all included with no upcharge.

My carved lettering is also a unique feature that adds a subtle but rugged look to lettering. This is much more durable than paint which is a surface treatment that will wear and fade over time. Since the carved letters are actually beneath the surface of the strap they will not wear like paint and your radio strap will look great and developmore character with age.
